Workplace Manager 

The Workplace Manager holds a hub-of-the-wheel position that plays a leading role in shaping employee experiences, performing daily administrative operations, and providing comprehensive administrative support to Skywrite Group’s owner. They execute a variety of project management, operations and communication duties on a routine and ad hoc basis. This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with in-office responsibilities in Pulaski, WI, on a flexible, part-time basis. 

This position is half-time, requiring 20 hours per week, with advancement opportunities of additional hours and responsibilities in the future. 

Scheduling is flexible and can be self-selected to fit the employee's personal preferences.

We don't forsee the need for the Workplace Manager to travel, however, as Skywrite Group has jobsites across North America, there may be opportunities to travel on behalf of the company.

Compensation for a well-qualified applicant ranges from $20-$25 per hour.

Required Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Bookkeeping experience, preferably with Quickbooks
Knowledge of project management software
Eagerness to learn new software
Top-notch communication skills, including written, person-to-person, and over-the-phone

Desired Characteristics:
Experience in a construction office, preference for pipe trades or VDC-BIM
Working knowledge of Monday.com, Slack, and/or Clockify software
Entry-level understanding of Autodesk Revit and/or Bluebeam software
Background with proposals and contracts
Management and staff scheduling experience
Practice in travel planning and event planning

Well-qualified individuals will have experience in an office environment working as an administrative assistant, office manager, office administrator, business support specialist, bookkeeper, accounting specialist, project coordinator, or project assistant.
